The following points should be considered when submitting film entries:
There is no entry fee, however each entrant may only enter a maximum of 10 images/videos.
At the initial stage, all still photographs must be submitted as JPEGs, saved at a high quality level, e.g. 10 in Photoshop, Adobe (1998), with a maximum file size of 0.5MB. Please check the Digital Specifications and Digital Adjustment Guidelines on the Rules and Guidelines section of this website for further details.
Check that each of your image files are 0.5MB or less and that they are the accepted file types (either JPG, TIFF, or PNG.) If you still encounter problems, please contact the website administrators by email.
Yes. Each entrant can submit up to 10 entries, which can be a mix of both still photography and film. Please ensure you follow the guidelines for submitting film entries, as detailed in the Digital Specifications of the Rules and Guidelines section of this website.
Entrants are asked to provide additional information about each image or film. Therefore in the ‘Statement’ section on the entry form, please give a short statement about yourself and your work. If selected for exhibition, the organisers will ask you for a more detailed description for inclusion in the exhibition catalogue and for publicity purposes.
The organisers will be responsible for the printing and framing of all images for the exhibition.
Approximately 70 – 100 images and films will be selected for exhibition.
